Beginning of tea parties

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will any payments be refunded. Where applicable, you will be given a credit for your payment, which you can use whenever you want in the future. Please be aware that a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

The security deposit is non-refundable. If any changes are made within 30 days of the booking date, the deposit will be forfeited. If you change your mind after the trial, the wedding deposit is non-refundable; however, you may schedule another trial with a different artist (fees apply).
We cannot guarantee availability if the invoice is not paid as soon as possible. Payment for the balance of services must be made in full 48 hours before the day of service.

Parking must be paid for by you; if staying in a hotel, parking must be paid for by you at the hotel:) If you have extensions, there is an additional $30 fee for them to be clipped in, and we need to allow extra time, so please let us know in advance if you want this service. There will be an additional fee if you want an up-do or Hollywood waves, depending on your hairstyle or length of hair. We need to allow extra time for this service, so please let us know in advance if you require it. Appointment times are the maximum amount of time it will take to complete the service you have requested.
We frequently complete services in less time than was allotted. You are paying for the service, not the time we are present. Please arrive on time for your appointment because we have a strict time allocation for each job and other appointments on the same day. If you are late, we will not have enough time to do a great job and will have to do our best. If you are late and we do not have time, you will still be charged, and you will need to re-book your service if you want the full professional service we offer (fees apply).

To avoid disappointment and complications on your day, please do the following ahead of time: Please wash and blow dry your hair the day before or the night before. Make sure your face is clean and moisturised. Please let me know the colour of your skin and any skin concerns you have so that we can ensure we have the right products in our kits:) Send in examples of the hair and makeup you want.

Send us a photo of your own hair so we can ensure that the style you want is achievable. Please bring or buy a lipstick/gloss to use and top up with on the day of your event. We will apply one for you, but you must top up:) If it's your wedding, please buy a translucent compact powder to use throughout the day, for photos, and so on, so you don't look shiny. If you are unable to attach images, please email them tocontact@sheagarnetthair.com
LOCATION CHANGE (fees may apply) Any changes to your booking or invoice will necessitate the creation of a new invoice with the updated numbers of people or services, as well as the payment of a new deposit to the new invoice before the old invoice is refunded. There are no partial refunds. If your artist is ill or unavailable on your date, we will substitute another artist who fits the style you are looking for. There will be no cash payments on the day. The invoice must be paid in full 48 hours before the day services are rendered.

Please let me know if there is any additional information or changes to your event so that I can pass it on to the artist. You are welcome to speak with your artist as well, but please notify me so that I can ensure that this is done. There will be an additional fee if you want an up-do or Hollywood waves, depending on your hairstyle or length of hair. We need to allow extra time for this service, so please let us know in advance if you require it. Also, not all of our artists do Hollywood waves and updos, so please specify when booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COVID When you book, your deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made towards your booking will be carried forwards to a new date once you have selected one. This does not have a time limit. If you postpone, cancel, or are unable to make this date, no money will be refunded. You can use your credit in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland & United Kingdom.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If you have been assigned an artist, this artist is available at the time the invoice was sent. If you pay on the day/days after the invoice is sent, your artist may not be available, in which case we will book you with another artist.To make sure you get your request of artist the invoice needs to be paid the same day.Please note, 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking.
